Tuesdays November 15, 22 & 29 at 10:30 for children birth to age 4. You and your little one will enjoy playful practice yoga poses that incorporate healthy movement and mindfulness. Yoga helps improve mobility and body awareness while nurturing creativity and a positive sense of self. This class is ideal for children 4 and under, siblings welcome. No experience required! Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Register for each session individually.
