Event Details

Start a new year by discovering new breathing techniques to replenish the body and calm the mind. Revive with easy to make grounding recipes that are also stimulating. And renew by learning about intention setting, and how this practice can help to create balance throughout the season.

Jenny is the founder of AYA, Awaken Your Awareness. As a Holistic Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, she focuses on the healing power of tuning into and listening to our own bodies. Jenny draws on learned elements of Nutrition, Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, and a background in Mental Health, in supporting others to intuitively strengthen their own mind, body & spirit connection.
